What is The Bridge Personality sales report?

The Bridge Personality sales report is developed by Erasmus University and is the most used sales assessment in many countries worldwide. The sales report outlines all commercial success and risk factors of a candidate in a clear and compact report. In the report, you will find scores on the six steps of sales and the scores on the four sales types. This report is compiled after a participant completes The Bridge Personality.

During the qualification training: sales assessments, you will learn how to use this report for the selection and development of sales employees.

Please be aware that this accreditation course is not required for using The Bridge Personality sales report or any other Bridge assessment instruments. You have the option to purchase Bridge tests & online assessments independently of this training. The six steps of sales

The four sales types

Identify your candidate's sales style. The sales report reveals how the candidate scores in the four distinct sales approaches: Hunter, Consultant, Farmer, and Negotiator. This insight helps in aligning their strengths with your sales strategy.

In the Bridge Qualification Training: Sales Assessments, you'll learn how to utilize the Bridge Personality sales report for selecting and developing sales staff.
