Bridge Personality training course
In this in-company qualification training of one day, you will learn how to administer online assessments using The Bridge Personality (personality test) and The Bridge Ability Suite (aptitude test). The training can be organized on-site or online. A maximum of 12 persons can participate. Included: training materials and The Bridge Personality for all participants.
The one-day Bridge qualifying training
The Bridge qualification training focuses on the selection and development of personnel using The Bridge Personality (personality test) and the Bridge Ability Suite (cognitive ability test). You can order this in-company training at the order page for online assessments.
Please note that this accreditation course is not mandatory for using The Bridge Personality or any other Bridge assessment tool. You can also order the Bridge tests & online assessments without this training. The Bridge qualifying course is meant for clients who want to broaden their knowledge of using assessment tools during selection and recruitment.
Topics of the Bridge qualifying training
This training provides thorough insight into the Bridge tests (The Bridge Personality and The Bridge Ability Suite) and provides you with the knowledge and skills to apply the Bridge tests in your daily work. You learn how to administer online assessments during your recruitment and selection process. In addition, you will get practice in linking Bridge Personality to candidates. After this training, you will be fully able to independently conduct online assessments within your organization.

Preparation for the training
Prior to the training, you will receive an invitation to fill in The Bridge Personality online. Each participant will receive the following materials prior to the training: Manual: The Bridge Personality & The Bridge Ability Suite, The Bridge Personality: the booklet for candidates and The Bridge Personality: the booklet for sales. There is no need to review these books prior to training.
