The do-it-yourself team workshop helps you better understand your own behavior and that of your colleagues. This improves communication, prevents conflicts, and creates a pleasant collaboration with better results.

With the do-it-yourself package, you receive all the materials needed to run your own team workshop. Of course, a TestGroup consultant will guide you through the process. If desired, a consultant can go over the reports and workshop slides with you, so you can confidently lead the session with your team.

Price (including all materials)

The Do-It-Yourself Team Workshop package costs € 995 (excl. VAT) and includes everything for an effective team workshop. Choose between the 4-color model, the 16 Jung types, or both. The package includes personality reports for the team, a team report, participant booklets, 4-color cards, and presentation slides. The maximum number of team members is 30. However, it is also possible to organize the workshop for larger teams.

Slides of the Do-It-Yourself Team Workshop

Here, you can preview the slides of the team workshop. The presentation is extensive, allowing you to select the slides that best fit your session. This way, you can determine the duration of your workshop. After ordering the do-it-yourself package, you will receive the presentation in PowerPoint format.

This team workshop uses both the 4 personality colors (red, blue, green, yellow) and the 16 Jung Types. Both personality models are highly suitable for use within teams. The Bridge Personality team report provides the team's Jung Type and the team's 4 color preferences. 

How does the Do-It-Yourself kit work?

• Step 1: Order a team workshop for your team;
• Step 2: Each participant completes The Bridge Personality and receives a personal Bridge Personality 4-color report;
• Step 3: The Bridge Personality team report is prepared for the team;
• Step 4: You will receive the presentation sheets for the team workshop;
• Step 5: A TestGroup consultant can guide you through the reports and presentation sheets by phone (or via Google Meet);
• Step 6: You are ready to deliver the team workshop to your team.

Here you can view an example of the 4 color team report. This report determines the team’s Jung Type and displays the team members' 4-color profiles in the team wheel. It also includes useful exercises for your team workshop. In addition to the team report, each team member receives an individual personality report.

What is the duration of the team workshop?

The minimum amount of time you need for the workshop is 1.5 hours, the maximum length of the workshop is 1 day. You do not have to reserve time in the workshop for the participants to complete the personality test, as they will do this before the workshop.

The team workshop sheets contain many different exercises and cover many topics (such as improving communication, optimizing teamwork and handling conflicts). You can select the sheets and topics you need and, with those, determine the length of your team workshop. A TestGroup consultant can help you with this during the Google Meet session (after the participants have completed The Bridge Personality).
