The Bridge Personality test gives you insight into your team. This workshop helps you understand what motivates each team member, identifies areas for improvement, and shows you how to collaborate more effectively. Good teamwork boosts the success of your organization. You'll receive all the materials and tools to run the workshop yourself. While it’s a “DIY” workshop, you can always get help from a TestGroup consultant if you need it. You'll get enough guidance to get started with your team.

How does a DIY package work?
The team workshop can be ordered online and conducted on your own. TestGroup's consultants will guide you and explain step-by-step how to conduct the Bridge Personality team workshop yourself. We will contact you to go though all materials, ensuring you feel confident to host your workshop. Beforehand, all team members will fill out the Bridge Personality. Each person will then receive a Bridge Personality 4-color report. In addition, a team report will also be prepared.
A TestGroup consultant will contact you either by phone or via Google Meet to discuss the reports. Team workshop sheets will be explained, and materials will be mailed to you so that a full workshop can be conducted. Those materials include handy booklets for each participant and 4-color cards, which accompany with the Bridge Personality 4-color report.

The recommended group size is between 3 and 12 people. The spoken language can be either Dutch or English, and reports and materials are also available in English.
